Cancellation Policy

At Jordan Frogman Diving Center, we understand that plans can change and cancellations may be necessary. If you need to cancel your dive, please let us know as soon as possible.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled dive time, we will provide a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled dive time, we will provide a 50% refund.

At Jordan Frogman Diving Center, we are committed to providing a high-quality diving experience for all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your dive for any reason, please let us know.

We will provide a full refund for any dives that are cancelled due to poor weather conditions or equipment malfunction.
